2257 Compliance Statement
We operate FuckTheTube (fuckthetube.com) as a search engine and index for adult videos. All videos listed here are hosted and streamed by third-party websites. We do not produce, upload, host, or store any videos, nor do we control how they are made.
Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, we are not considered primary or secondary producers of any content listed on this site. The required records under § 2257 are maintained by the original producers and the hosting websites, who are responsible for the material they publish.
Every person shown in videos indexed here was at least 18 years old when the content was created, based on the information provided by the producers and hosts.
If you think any listed video shows someone under 18 or has any other § 2257 issue, please report it right away using our contact page, including the URL of the page. We promptly remove listings reported in good faith while we investigate.
