DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy
We operate FuckTheTube (fuckthetube.com) and respect copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Since we do not host any videos ourselves but embed content from third-party sites, when a listing is removed here, it means the listing on FuckTheTube is taken down. The actual video file remains on the host site, which should also be contacted for removal.
How to send a notice
To report a copyright issue, send your notice to our designated Copyright Agent through our contact page at contact page. Your notice must include:
- The URL of each listing on fuckthetube.com that you believe infringes your copyright
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens next
We review complete notices within a few business days. Once verified, the listing will be removed from our site. If your notice is missing information, we will ask you to provide it. We also exclude repeat infringers from our index. If you believe a removal was incorrect, you can file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) through the same contact page.
